Defeating Fear and Doubt!!!!!

Whew!!! What a Week!!! There is something about a challenging Monday that sets the tone for the rest of your week. I can’t speak for you, but I have had a very challenging week already! It is usually in those challenging weeks, the thoughts of Fear and Doubt are louder than the thoughts of Strength and Confidence! You begin to question if you are on the right track? Did you make the right decision? Have you missed your window of opportunity? Has too much time passed for you to live out your dreams? Should I just give up and go back to what is comfortable for me? And on, and on and on…

When those times come, I recite these Affirmations throughout the day to remind myself that “YOU’VE GOT THIS!!!!!” I have found that when I look into the mirror and recite these affirmations, I am encouraged, strengthened and motivated to keep moving forward toward success. I would like to share my statements of affirmation with you. My hope is that they will assist you in quieting the voice of Fear and Doubt and while turning up the volume on Strength and Confidence!
